I am experienced and dedicated when it comes to Serving Legal Documentation. For a FIXED FEE I will happily take Instruction from my Client and follow them conversantly and promptly, usually effecting the 1st service on the day of receiving the papers and having checked the details are correct.

I are proud to admit that I have a high success rate when it comes to affecting service, this is not only down to choosing the right day and time to serve but also due to the fact that should the Respondent have moved or not be home, I will take the time to carry out door to door enquiries to ascertain as much information and intelligence as possible in order to either trace the Respondents new address or choose another time that is likely to be successful.

Upon receiving both Instructions and Documentation to be served I will:

l	Check the details are correct and all details appear in order.

l	Serve the Documentation Promptly at either;

l	A time of our clients requests or an evening or weekend, in order to increase the chances of a successful serve 1st time (Unless being served upon a business).

l	Report via either SMS or e-mail with the progress of the Serve.

l	Carry out up to three attempts.

l	Upon service, complete the required Affidavit, Statement/Certificate of service promptly.

l	Return the Clients required Documentation via Special Delivery.

Additional services we offer in order to satisfy our Client's needs,

l	Video Recording of the serve carried out, if requested, Additional fee.

l	Same day Pick up and Serve of documentation from either your office or court (small additional fee applies).

l	Free Report on the Service of the Documentation to help with your case.

l	If the Respondent has moved to another address within a reasonable distance of the original serve, then the 2nd and 3rd attempt will be made at no further cost.
